“Show us what having fun means to you by drawing and sending us a picture of your penguin playing with your buddies! We’ll then select the Top 4 pictures, and everyone will vote for their favorite here on the What’s New Blog!

If your artwork is chosen, it will be painted by one of our artists as a large wall mural. We hope this mural will help share the gift of fun with all the kids who play there.

We’ll be putting up a submission page next week. Here’s the Dos and Don’ts list for your picture, so you can get started”:

Do:
1. Draw between two and four penguins playing together.
2. Draw the picture taking place outdoors.
3. Draw penguins with only one or two simple items. Like hats and scarves!
4. Try to use five colors or less.
5. Use any art style you like! Pencils, pens and paints are great!

Don’t:
1. Include any personal information (like an address).
2. Use any words.
3. Use anyone else’s pictures.
4. Draw large or complicated items. (No Squidzoids!)

Click the cup of tea for the Red Viking Helmet (750 Coins). Open and close it 4 times for the Blue Viking Helmet (1,200 Coins).

Click the Pink Square for the Green Face Paint (15 coins). *Finally green face paint!*

Click the “G” In Penguins At Work for the Cocoa Bunny Costume (550 Coins).

Click the Trees for the Cocoa Bunny Ears (250 Coins).

Click the water bottle for the Dazzling Blue Top Hat (475 Coins).

Click the top cup for the Top Hat (350 Coins).

Click the red button/light for the Dazzling Blue Tux (850 Coins).

Click the snow on the top of the Pine Tree for The Brunette (300 Coins) and the Purple Spring Dress (400 Coins)!

Lastly are the backgrounds! The first one is new and the others are returned!

I hope everyone is getting wacky and having a fun time telling jokes at the April Fools Day Party but keep an eye out for the Easter Egg Hunt! Easter is this Sunday.

Free Item

The free item (don’t get excited its nothing new) is the Red Propeller Hat. You can get it at the Dock but you have to paint for it!

Throw snowballs at the canvas and it will paint a picture after you throw so many snowballs. Once you paint the picture with a treasure chest in it (takes about 3 – 5 tries) a spring will pop up with the Red Propeller Hat!

Members can go to “A Silly Place” located off of the Snow Forts.

In the members room you can get the Kind Jesters Hat.

In the members room you can also test you joke telling skills!

To get up on the stage you have to go through the wacky parallel doors (if thats what you want to call them!).

When you tell jokes there is a rating meter by the King Jester Hat.

It will tell you how good you did. There is also an “Act Timer” that will tell you how much time left you have to tell jokes!

Thats about it for the Members Room, but before you leave try clicking on the cannon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen!

Check out the Mine. Its an endless load screen (click on the loading bar to go into the Mine Shack)!

The April Fools Party is only a few days away and will have tons of jokes – some practical – some not and lots of surprises! Members will be able to check out an area where they’ll be able to show of their joke telling skills. As always there will be a free item, most likely the Propeller Hat (hopefully in a different color this year) or hopefully a new one!
